2023 City of Forney Christmas on Main

Call for Event Vendors

The Forney Arts Council (FAC) and the City of Forney are accepting vendor applications for participation in the 2023 Christmas on Main event on Saturday, December 2, 2023! 2D/3D Artists & Artisan craft vendors in the Forney and greater North Texas area are eligible to participate! This is a family-friendly event so all artwork and artisan products should be suitable to be viewed by all ages.

How to Apply: Please fill out the Vendor Application, Release & Waiver Form and submit by October 23, 2023 at 11:59PM. Late applications will not be accepted. All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied the week of October 31st. Space is limited and the vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event. Product quality will determine selection approval, with priority given to vendors selling items that are holiday-related. All vendors selling seasonal gourmet products will need to apply for a food permit from the City of Forney. You will be notified via email of your application approval status and, if approved, will have 5 business days to complete your registration process using the payment link emailed to you. Late payments will not be accepted. The registration fee is $125 for non-FAC members and $70 for current FAC members. Please note: FAC membership is not required for applying. Membership also does not guarantee approval.

For Current Members: Please login to your member profile using the email associated with your account before navigating to the event payment webpage in order to receive the member rate. If you are unsure if your membership is up to date please email: info@forneyarts.org.

For Non-Members: If you are not currently a member of the Forney Arts Council and would like to join to receive the member rate, please visit our membership sign-up page. You will need to complete your membership sign-up prior to paying the registration fee. If you prefer not to become a member at this time, you may proceed directly to the the event payment webpage using the link included in the approval email.


Sales: The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney will NOT be taking a commission on sales. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and must have their booth supervised during all hours of the event. There is no WiFi so we encourage vendors to use their phone as a hotspot.


Setup Instructions: The City of Forney will provide vendors with a covered 10x10 booth space to display and sell their artwork or artisan products. Vendors should provide their own tables, chairs and other display equipment. Vendors will be contacted prior to the event date with additional details regarding the setup and take down process.
